Pine Haven Christian Communities partners with Greenfield Rehabilitation to provide quality therapy services across our four campuses to ensure continued care, regardless of care level. We offer Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy services and the surrounding community in our state-of-the-art therapy gym.
Rehabilitation therapy means reshaping lives and restoring lost abilities after an illness or injury. It requires treating the whole patient – physically, emotionally, and socially. Our extensive rehabilitation therapy services include physical, occupational, speech/swallowing, wound management, dialysis, and many others. Highly trained therapy staff offer quality care for complex medical care in the orthopedic, cardiac, and neurology areas.
Our purpose is to provide an exceptional experience to our patients, partners, and team members. Our therapists use strong evidenced based practice to drive successful clinical outcomes while focusing on condition management and empowerment of the patient and caregiver to move toward greater independence and safety.
Rehabilitation therapy is truly personal to your needs, and the types of therapy vary from one individual to another.
Physical therapy helps individuals regain their strength, balance, coordination, and independence following an injury or period of illness. A primary focus of physical therapy is a return to everyday tasks with a reduced risk of falling. In addition to focusing on function, physical therapy can address pain, joint motion loss, decreased endurance, and other deficits to ensure you enjoy the fullest quality of life at every stage.
Occupational therapy aims to provide the skills you need to function successfully in your home and community from a functional and cognitive perspective. Occupational therapy helps individuals achieve independence, meaning, and satisfaction in various aspects such as eating, bathing, dressing, and household tasks like cooking and laundry. Our team works to help you improve, sustain, and restore independence following an injury, illness, or disability.
Speech Language pathology helps individuals who may have difficulty with chewing or swallowing or difficulty communicating. Our team of professional speech-language pathologists can also help with compensatory techniques to assist during the earlier stages of memory loss and impaired thought processing.

Our rehab department offers screenings at the time of admission, quarterly, and/or as needed across the Pine Haven Campus to identify areas of decline and help those return to their previous level of functioning.
Pine Haven Christian Communities is committed to offering services to the community to help everyone age safely. For community members unable to come to Pine Haven for outpatient treatment, our talented team of therapists can support them in their rehabilitation journey by providing the same great quality care they can receive on campus in the comfort of their own homes. Our therapists will perform a thorough home assessment and develop a plan of care to ensure a safe home environment and return to optimal independence and safety.
Developing comprehensive, individualized treatment plans will help to focus on patient-centered goals to restore, compensate and/or adapt. Therapists will provide any necessary education and training to the patient and their family members. Suppose the patient and family feel that more supportive services are warranted. In that case, the team of talented therapists can be available to provide that comfortable, familiar quality of care when they transition to Pine Haven Christian Communities.
