Pine Haven takes great pride in the food we serve to our residents. Meals are served in our dining rooms which provide a restaurant-style setting and meal times are flexible.
The Haven Café is a cozy place located in the heart of our Haven Drive campus where you can relax and enjoy tasty treats and a variety of beverages. Whether you want quiet time alone or a friendly chat with friends, the Haven Café is a peaceful and tasty spot to visit.
Some of our programming includes: brain games, offsite trips, musical entertainment, bible studies, hymn sings, baking activities, crafts, and of course bingo.
Our Haven Drive campus is located at 220 Haven Dr., Sheboygan Falls, just south of Highway 23 and west of Highway 32.

Explore our Haven Drive campus from the comfort of your home.
Each room within our high acuity assisted living is 260 sq. ft. and has its own private, easily accessible bathroom with a European-style shower. The rooms are designed to increase comfort and feel like home.
Our standard Haven Drive assisted living, also called Fellowship Home, offers rooms in three different sizes:
On our Haven Drive Campus, there are two households dedicated to mid to late-stage memory care residents: Covenant Home and Faith Home.
