In our ever-changing world, Pine Haven is constantly looking for ways to enhance our services to meet the needs of our community. In pursuit of this, we are pleased to announce a joint palliative care initiative with Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice (SSRCH).
We are very excited to collaborate with SSRCH’s palliative care program. SSRCH is a highly regarded non-profit service provider, sharing in Pine Haven’s core values of compassion and quality care, making this such a great fit for us.
This joint initiative augments both organizations’ abilities to support individuals suffering from chronic or advanced illness by collaborating on the development of strategies, providing emotional support and improving the coordination of and access to care.
As we work together to serve those entrusted to our care, Pine Haven will provide the living environment, along with daily care staff, while SSRCH provides staff with palliative care expertise.
Medical journeys can be difficult. Our goal is to provide the resources needed to enhance one’s comfort and quality of life, thereby easing the burden for residents and their loved ones.
