Pine Haven Donates $25,000 towards Uptown Social's New Construction

PINE HAVEN CHRISTIAN COMMUNITIES DONATES $25,000 TOWARDS NEW CONSTRUCTION OF UPTOWN SOCIAL

[SHEBOYGAN FALLS, WI, JUNE 06, 2022] - Pine Haven Christian Communities located in Sheboygan Falls and Oostburg, Wisconsin, a leading senior living and rehabilitation services provider, donated $25,000 towards Uptown Social’s new construction on the northside of Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

Uptown Social, formerly the Senior Activity Center of Sheboygan County, is a vibrant community for the active seniors in Sheboygan County. Their programs emphasize wellness, travel, and the arts. They have several partnerships with various businesses and organizations throughout the county. Uptown Social’s members actively lead programs, teach classes, and are involved within the organization’s internal operations.

“The new Uptown Social building is going to be incredible for Sheboygan’s populations of adults 55 and older. We are grateful to Pine Haven Christian Communities for supporting us in this important project and excited with the opportunity to serve their residents with our programs and social opportunities,” says Emily Rendall-Araujo, Director of Senior Services at Uptown Social.

The $25,000 donation is set to help with construction costs associated with the build. Construction is estimated to be completed in November 2023.
